Shipping & Delivery Policy

Oulai Textile supplies fabrics on a business-to-business quotation basis. Prices displayed on product pages are reference unit prices unless an accepted quotation or pro forma invoice states otherwise.

Freight Quotation

Freight is confirmed separately according to the products, quantity, gross weight, shipment volume, packaging, destination, transport method and agreed Incoterm. Any estimated freight shown before quotation confirmation is not a final shipping charge.

Samples and Bulk Shipments

Samples and small consignments may be sent by international courier. Bulk orders may be shipped by sea, air, rail or another agreed method. The available method, carrier, route and estimated transit time will be stated in the quotation or pro forma invoice.

Production and Dispatch

Production and delivery schedules are estimates. The confirmed schedule begins after the required product specifications, artwork, colors, samples or other approvals have been completed and the agreed payment requirements have been met.

Duties, Taxes and Import Clearance

Import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges and destination fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless the accepted quotation expressly states that they are included. The agreed Incoterm and accepted quotation or pro forma invoice control if they differ from this general policy.

Shipping Documents and Claims

The buyer should verify the consignee information and shipping instructions before dispatch. Visible loss or damage should be noted with the carrier at delivery and reported to us promptly with photographs and supporting documents.
